Laura is the heart and soul of Jersey Senior Advisors. After spending 25 years in Vermont, where she excelled in real estate and ran her own business, Laura returned to her New Jersey roots to continue the legacy her father began.
She founded Jersey Senior Advisors over a decade ago and has spent years building it into something her clients genuinely rely on. She specializes in Medicare, ACA, Life, and Long-Term Care Insurance, and has the rare and enviable ability to make all of it feel completely manageable. Her clients don't just leave informed. They leave feeling like someone genuinely has their back.
Outside of work, Laura moves at a pace that is frankly exhausting to witness. Beach. Bike. Paddleboard. Garden. Travel. She is up before the sun, runs on two cups of coffee with suspicious precision, and gets more done before 9am than most people manage all day. She is a force of nature in the most literal sense; and also genuinely one of the kindest people you will ever meet. Both things are true and somehow she makes it look easy.
She is also, officially, Harley the cat's grandmother. She did not see this coming. She has no complaints.
Things Laura loves: A client who finally understands their coverage. The beach, the bike, the paddleboard — ideally all three. Her garden. Traveling. Two perfect cups of coffee. Harley (the grandcat). Early mornings.
Colleen Fagan

As a third-generation professional in the family business and a proud Jersey Shore local, Colleen co-runs JSA alongside her mom Laura. Yes, it's a mother-daughter operation. Yes, it works beautifully. No, they will not take questions about how.
Colleen brings a rare and valuable blend of healthcare and insurance expertise to her clients. Her journey in healthcare began in 2018 as a volunteer EMT, later becoming a Registered Nurse and spending two years in the Emergency Department at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Not a typical starting point for an insurance career; but as it turns out, exactly the right one. That experience gave her a front-row seat to why having the right coverage matters. Today she helps clients navigate Medicare and health insurance with clarity, patience, and a refreshing lack of confusing insurance-speak.
Born and raised in Vermont, Colleen has since traded ski slopes for the Jersey Shore and has zero regrets. She is a self-described animal lover, devoted cat mom to Harley, and the kind of person who will absolutely ask to pet your dog before she says hello to you. Off the clock, you'll find her outdoors, shooting film photography, or somewhere in between hola and fluent in Spanish.
She runs on four espresso shots a day. Please do not attempt contact before the second one.
Things Colleen loves: A completed to-do list. The Jersey Shore (the actual shore, not the show). Adult soccer league. Clients who are covered before they need it. Working on her Spanish (slowly but surely).

Beth is the person on the team who remembers your name, follows up before you have to ask, and somehow makes navigating insurance feel less intimidating. We don't take her for granted. We have simply learned to rely on her. Completely…
As a member of JSA's Client Services team, Beth brings a background in corporate communications and customer service to everything she does. Which is a formal way of saying she is exceptionally good with people, has heard it all, and will make sure your experience is a great one.
Outside of work, you'll find her at the beach or boardwalk in any season, hunting thrift stores and estate sales for unusual treasures and diamond-in-the-rough creative projects, or sewing. She has an eye for finding something remarkable where everyone else walked right past it. This applies to both vintage furniture and fabric.
She also has four cats. She is aware of the number. She does not need it pointed out.
Things Beth loves: Clients who feel genuinely taken care of. The beach in October. Trying new restaurants. A sewing project with potential. Her four cats (the cutoff for "crazy cat lady" remains under internal review).
Charlene Mondia
Client Services Coordinator
Behind every smoothly running office is someone who is very, very good at their job and not nearly loud enough about it. Charlene has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, over 10 years of experience, and the quiet competence to match. That's Charlene.
She keeps the back office running smoothly, handles client services with warmth and professionalism, and manages approximately seventeen things at once without breaking a sweat.
Outside of work, Charlene is a devoted dog mom to Bella, a Belgian Malinois, which is technically one of the most intense working dog breeds on the planet. Bella is not aware of this. She has been too busy being babied. Charlene has no notes.
She also enjoys nature… in theory. Nature's feelings on the matter remain unclear. She hikes occasionally, and swims in the ocean enthusiastically. She bakes, cooks, crafts, and picks up new hobbies with impressive regularity. Basically, if it requires patience and a meticulous eye for detail, Charlene is already good at it.
Things Charlene loves: A well-organized back office. Bella (the dog, who runs the house). Trying new hobbies. Baking and cooking. The ocean. A good craft project.

As the founder of Nobel Insurance Co., he was a pioneer in Long-Term Care insurance, helping countless families secure their futures with expertise.
Our deep-rooted patriotism comes from Dave’s military background and our family’s strong belief in protecting and serving others—whether that’s through military service or helping clients navigate important insurance decisions with honesty and integrity.
